RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I CHANGED MY MIND... CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Replacement of unit due to change of mind is NOT ALLOWED. 

MY ITEM HAS BEEN MISHANDLED BY THE COURIER.....

Causes with regards to any mishandling by a third party will not be shouldered by MYHAPPYAUTO.

MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE...

Our Quality Control Team ensures that all items being delivered are well-tested and checked thoroughly before sending out your parcel

If you have received any defective / broken items, kindly send us an email at myhappyauto.ph@gmail.com and a Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you to  investigate and provide you with instructions on the matter.

I RECEIVED WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Kindly email us at myhappyauto.pg@gmail.com WITHIN 3 DAYS of acceptance of item. Anything after 3 days upon delivery is assumed final and cannot be exchanged. We encourage everyone to inspect the product upon delivery and let us know immediately your concern via email: myhappyauto.ph@gmail.com

DO YOU ALLOW CASH REFUND?

We do not accept cash refunds. In case an investigation about a defective item has been proved, we only issue voucher with credit of your original order less shipping fee incurred.  

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

An approval from our Customer Service Representative is needed. Kindly email us at myhappyauto.ph@gmail.com

All returns that are not in its ORIGINAL state or brand new condition, and with damaged packaging are automatically not a candidate for return or exchange. 

 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

All fees that are involved in returns are shouldered by customer. However, MYHAPPYAUTO will shoulder return expense if we made a mistake in serving your order.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?

Only returns that are investigated and approved by our Customer Service Representative will be accepted. All information regarding the return will be provided by Customer Service Representative.
